Great pkg of country style ribs!

A little tough. Had to be cooked an extra two hours in the oven before we could chew them.

Good meet but just more gristle than it should be. Nice big, thick cuts.

Meat is fresh as expected.

Perfect size for large pack, we break it up and seal freeze it!

great ribs but trim fat first. very tender

I like this for pulled pork, pork rice and beans, and other dishes

Lean and tender. Cut into smaller pieces. Cooked well in oven

Skip them, fatty and chewy with little actual meat, no amount of care can make them delicious

Good taste, cooks well. Starting to find A LOT of bone chips in the meat!
