I turned this tray of boneless Country Style Pork into Chinese Char Siu. After marinade & cooking, the strips of pork made it easy to make Char Siu.

Good ribs for crockpot or roasting. Not too much fat. A little expensive but the pack is big enough for two meals for our family of 3.

Hearty meal. I used a dry rub and cooked them in oven. Bought potato salad and cole slaw. Easy meal.

Country ribs were great but not a lot available. We had them with a group of guests the next day and they were great.

I know better than to have someone else pick out meat or produce but I was tight on time. These were horrible. Soooo much fat and gristle. I had to discard over half of these.

The top of the ribs in the package looked meaty but turned out to be mostly fat when I got home. Better description of this product would be extra wide bacon

Cheap cut of meat but cooked low and slow these are delicious. Yes, there is a significant amount of fat but most renders with cooking. Excellent buy!
