I was excited to try these but it’s nearly impossible to get them to be nearly as good as the restaurant. I did it for the minimum amount of time in the oven and they were hard and not very good. I will however rave about the chicken bites, those turned out perfect!

The picture on the bag is nice. I know Pics sometimes appear one way but because it was a newer product I really thought this could be different. We really wanted to like these but when I opened the bag and put them out on the cookie sheet they were nothing but crumbles there wasn’t one big for waffle fry in it. I cooked as directed, which was my fault, they were very overcooked. I won’t buy these again.

These packages must vary in quality because mine turned out hard and dry like some of the other reviewers said. I tried cooking them at different times at different temperatures in the air dryer and they always were hard.I only put them in for half the time recommended at most on the bag and they still were hard and dry. I'm sad because I was looking forward to buying these.

I made these in the deep fryer like i do with Ore Ida fries but they turned out very hard. So i followed directions and did the oven and they were either too soggy or too hard. I'm not sure why other reviews are saying just like chic fil a because these are nowhere near!

Have tried in the air fryer they came out raw. Tried in the oven and had to cook nearly 30 minutes to be "done" but they still tasted bad. Not a quality product. Took away all the other potatoes they used to stock and replaced it with this one choice. You lost site of what your customers like and replaced it with a very subpar product. I am going to dump these in the garbage...they are that bad.

My son loves these waffle fries.

Heated them in the air fryer. Taste just like chick-fil-A's. Definitely a win and a good value.

These are delicious. Everyone in the family approved. Will buy again.

The fries are crispy and taste good but they really smell like crap.
