Good, with caveats

I have no issue with the quality of these fries. However, when baked as instructed: (1) they take longer than pkg stated; (2) you need to crack the oven a few times during last half of cooking to let steam escape to prevent sogginess; (3) still will likely have to turn on the broiler for the briefest time to completely dry the fries and turn them light golden.

I make these fries in my Vortex Mini Air Fryer and they taste great! I add a little Heinz malt vinegar and they are an easy to make treat.
