These chairs are great! Sturdy, easy to put together. Heavy enough to keep from getting blown over and yet can be moved easier than wood ones. Great price. HUGE UPGRADE from plastic ones sold at other big box stores but not a huge price!

Don't be fooled by the description of "plastic" construction of this chair! This is a sturdy, well-constructed outdoor chair suitable for fire pits, etc. The chair uses hollow plastic and double-walled thickness to create a much sturdier chair than you would otherwise realize. This is NOT one of those flimsy plastic chairs from the hardware stores! Easy assembly and made stronger by metal bolts and nuts. Chair is very generously-sized to be comfortable for everyone from kids to big guys! We chose the red color and it is a true, bright red. The hidden cupholder is an added benefit. Highly recommend!

Nice chairs well built, came with washers and screws. Solid, no adjustment one position only but it's a good relaxed position. I like the swing out cup holder too. I have these facing the sunset on my Florida front porch so time will tell if there is any fading. I hope not, color is perfect for my house accent.

Our neighbors had these chairs and we decided to buy them, but couldnt find the color we wanted. Theirs have held up well over winter, with low 20's and snow they still look really good. So excited to find them, they are very sturdy, and comfortable. The brown color is so deep and rich, they look great on our patio!

Stories of broken chairs are true. Bought a pair in-store and they were perfect. Well made, easy to assemble and nice hardware. In-store was out of the color I needed to match my two existing ones so I ordered two more online. The first one was fine out of the box. Second one had a large scratch on the seat. After assembly I realized the seat also was cracked. Noticed this unit had a small amount of fine dried grass clippings on it as well. Was this a return that was sent back out in this condition? The good thing is Sams took it right back no questions asked. When I looked at the in-store display in the same grey color it was cracked in the same exact spot as the return.

The chairs are so weak and packaged so poorly it has taken us four different times to get all four of our chairs to our home. Your advertising is not written well to fully explain how these chairs are made and shipped. We will not be buying anymore of them from Sams.

We ordered 4 of these 2 years ago for my son's townhome patio. They were so nice we bought 4 more for our new house. Would love to see a nice blue color added to the selection. The white ones stay nice and cool in the Florida sun, the gray gets a little warm 🥵.

I bought (6) of the gray Keter Adirondack Chairs with 350lb rating. As I was carrying one through the grass and to my fire pit the plastic anchorage on the right arm snapped... returned with out hassle to the local Sam's Club. These are indeed thicker plastic than the typical Adirondack chairs however claiming that they are resin would be a stretch..I was thinking more of a Trex Material. So far the other (5) chairs are still around the pit. Not allowing me to submit the picture of the damage.

First two I bought from the store are great, easy to put together, and no flaws. The next two came via shipment. First one opened came with all the parts but one sizable flaw. A 2 x 3 inch piece of the manufacturer's resin didn't seal properly but I think I can clue it in place. Chair number two came with 20 nuts, instead of 10, and had no screws. Sam's representative said they would have to pick them up, inspect them then replace them or he could authorize a $15.00 refund for each chair. We had already waited for over a month to get the same color chairs I got in the store so I elected to find screws (toggle bolts) that worked and try to seal the lose piece, and take the refund. We like these chair, and the service rep was very helpful but believe a little more off would be appropriate for the prior wait and the manufacturer's defects!!!

This is the 4th chair I bought. I really like these chairs, however, one of the chairs I ordered online and it was cracked and it didn't have instructions nor the screws. This particular one i ordered online didn't have instructions. Another one that I bought already assembled in the store had a broken piece that was not visible to me. The store told me to call the customer service from the company and order a new piece. I have yet to hear back from them. Hence the 3 stars.
