I was expecting the device to have an ethernet port. The fact that the 64gb model doesn't come with the ethernet port was not clearly stated on the product desceiption

I was a little concerned about the wifi connection vs the ethernet connection on previous Apple TV models. The wifi connectivity works fine. This is the third Apple TV I've purchased.

I thought I was getting a remote control that was more function than in the past. The fast forward is difficult to use and inaccurate in achieving the functions. Also the touch pad is to sensitive to use accurately.

I find the Apple TV to be the most reliable and stable for this type of device and this is the 3rd one I have purchased. I am only deducting the stars I did due to it not being more clearly stated that not all tv’s are compatible with all features. Apparently the tv I bought this for will not recognize the on/off signal. Which means having to use two remotes to use this on that tv. The tv isn’t old and other Apple tv’s have worked on even older tvs I have. So there is some specific feature a tv must have in the HDMI connection/port for the on/off signal to work and in my research I haven’t found a very quality listing on which tvs do not have this so that you can plan your purchase. So before buying I would definitely search for verification your intended tv supports this feature. If it does then this is the best option in my opinion. If your tv is not supported then pretty much any other brand of streaming box has more universal application.

Let me start off by saying this is my first review. I usually don't review things but I got an email asking to review this for others and I will do my best. My first Smart TV was my Fire Stick I got back in the early 2017 year. Then I moved onto Chromecast because it was way less buggy and I could cast my iPhone screen to it. My chromecast started being really slow and buggy, so I decided to get this. I know these were out for a while, but a reviewer said it was the only one to get and connects super quick and isn't buggy. Knowing Apple, I took the chance. And I will say it is very nice. Works seamlessly with iPhone so I can cast anything to it. The interface is super smooth and easy to navigate. I think if I used a regular Smart TV now I would be disappointed. This thing is so great to cast a YouTube video or watch TV. Worth the cost. It's hard to find items that are worth the cost, while not breaking the bank. Sure it's much more expensive, but you won't have to deal with all the frustration of all those other devices!

Second one I have ordered. Great.
