Perfect Chairs

These are great quality teak lounge chairs. We purchased 2 sets of them (for a total of 4 chairs) because the price could not be beat! We are in the process of renovating our property to add a pool and the area is spacious. These chairs really give it a resort like feel. The cushions have ties to help keep them in place and also easy to fold up for storage when needed.

Nice chairs! Much nicer than i expected and well made! I had to smooth a few rough spots then oil but I'm very happy with this purchase! Also, the chair wheels seemed too small to roll in thick grass but surprising to me, the chairs roll easily! Great buy!

Great piece of Furniture

Purchased 3 months ago and in the Arizona sun and heat. The wood is holding up well and the pad is still soft. I wish the pad was not white or had a coating on it as it is hard to keep clean. Overall, a good product with easy to move wheels and a durable frame.

Key word teak “finish”

The overall look of the chair is great. However, upon assembling holes we’re not predrilled to install screws. The screws poked through the “teak,” not impressed with the quality. The cushions are thin and not comfortable. I returned and was bummed because I really wanted to love these.

teak “finish”

I purchased these chairs and upon arrival they were missing screw holes. The wood is cheap and I should’ve paid more attention to “teak finish.” This is not heavy duty grade teak. I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken slats

Arrived broken and customer service are jerks!

Item arrived broken. Sams Club customer service has been real jerks about getting this replaced. I paid $50 for slow shipping, it was delayed a few times and it arrived broken. The customer service rep wanted me to bring it to the store first and then he would order a replacement. These chairs are very large and heavy. They will only fit in an oversized truck. They also said I would have to pay for shipping again for the reorder. Pure jerks in Sams Club customer service. So now I can look at the broken loungers still in my home and think of the jerks in Sams Club customer service.

Weak Wood bad material

Was not impressed with the quality of the wood, the slats are very weak and broke when a little pressure was added to the middle. Be cautious.
