Good morning. Your phone will warm up when charging on the wireless because the induction coils within the charger and the phone convert electrical energy into magnetic energy and back. This generates heat. It typically will charge intermittently and stop if the device gets too hot. Please send us your information in an email at support@atomiusa.com and we'll send you a replacement charger. It could just be something in that unit. Also, please provide what device you are using as well so we can better understand what may be making it too warm. Thank you.
