I like to use this tortilla for my son in quesadillas. I like that is low carb and with spinach included. My son who is 8 years old loves it!

We used these for tacos, veggie wraps, breakfast burritos & more. A bit on the thinner side compared to the flour ones but really delicious.

As a diabetic, I like that they are lower in carbohydrates. The infusion of spinach makes me think they're healthier than some other alternatives.

Delicious, but the size/diameter is not consistent each time I buy them. it makes it hard to Weill them up and actually get them to close. the last batch I bought, ended up having the contents fall out and drip all over.
