I bought this unit to use in guest bathroom. The features are equal to bidets costing twice as much (I know because I bought a more expensive competitor prior to this purchase). There are 3 features that I particularly like; 1) it is relatively easy/straightforward/intuitive to operate so it is perfect for a guest bathroom, 2) it has a feature to cycle the water tank every 48 yours if the unit is not used, and 3) it has a couple of nice energy saver modes, one shuts down all use of electricity until someone sits on the unit or you can have it in a very low heating standby mode that heats up quickly when someone sits on the unit. This is a very good price/value unit and I'm very happy with the purchase/use.

I like the features. It has more options than one would think. My only complaint it that it doesn't quite reach all areas to my liking. Without getting too detailed, lets just say, I have figured out some fancy shifting to make it work for me. I think at least one more nozzle setting, or extended position is all it would take to make this perfect.

Purchased this for my 81 year old mother. She has a bidet on her other toilet but it isn’t heated (I can’t imagine….brrr!). She reports often how much she enjoys having this seat, which my handy hubby installed easily. She did mention that “One needs to have a PhD to work the remote!”, but when we tried it out for functionality after installation, it was easy to use; it just takes some time to learn all the functions. It’s still new, so hopefully it willl continue to work well. As of right now, I can recommend this product.

easy to install and use. great product

Very nice product. The only noticeable issue with it is warm water doesn’t last as long as hoped. Despite that we are completely satisfied with the remote and overall use of product. I also like the fact it’s from Korea where they are standard in most homes. It’s an investment worth taking; we’re very happy with our purchase.

This is my fourth Brondell seat. I’ve always liked the product but shortly after buying this one I saw an ad for a slimline. Wish I would have waited. I’m 5’1”. I think the slimline would suit me better.

The bidet does not wash very good. The remote control is very sensitive.

Normally I’d give this bidet a solid 5 but the engineers/features programmers have been asleep at the wheel. The move to default the nightlight to “on” was not a good decision. While some may want this on at night it doesn’t need to be on 24/7 and should have the option to sense motion in the dark. And the bright blue light emitting is not a good color on the eyes at night….it’s too bright and too blue… It needs to be a warm color for night not a cool bright light. And on top of all that, I possibly could have forgiven the engineers/programmers lack of forethought but the process of turning the nightlight off is non-functional on this particular bidet/remote control. This should have has a dedicated control on the bidet itself not on the remote control. Searching through the troubleshooting guide there is no mention of the nightlight.
