Worst mattress I've ever had. I bought a firm and it has almost no support. I'm about 175 lb 5'11”. Previously I've had 13 inch zinus eurotop hybrid which was super supportive for about 5 years I've slept on better mattresss at youth hostels.

Purchased a week ago and have had a sore back every morning i awoke. It seems to have a pillow top layer on top of the memory foam making the mattress way too soft. Very disappointed. Hopefully i can return it with no problem.

I have chronic back and knee pain. The first night I slept on this I was out like a light. It’s firm enough where you don’t feel like you’re sinking, but pliable enough that you feel like you’re laying on air. Amazing quality. We LOVE our mattress

after 3 uses the mattress got a big crease/fold in it despite it being on a solid floor. junk product but what do you expect from a 350 dollar mattress.

I bought this mattress in June of '21 and it's already sagging in the middle. Also, the fabric on the top is loose and bunching under the fitted sheet. 2 stars because I liked it when I first got it. Wish I had returned it.

I like the semi firm mattress. With that said, I would like to report 2 issues: 1. I ordered online, item came without original box, which is having wheels for easy movement. 2. Top part of the mattress is getting wavy after every use.

To be honest there's nothing wrong with the bed. My roommate says it's like sleeping on a cloud for me I didn't like it. So have to find a different mattress

I have purchased one in the past. This one did not fully expand in one corner. After 48 hours. And measuring its barely 10 inches. But comfortable. Price should be reduced.

I ordered a queen firm mattress and it is not firm at all and has not inflated properly and it’s been up for three days. I am very disappointed. It is saggy and lumpy and looks like I have had it for 16 years instead of three days.

I've had this mattress about two months now, and it never really settled like it was supposed to. Didn't reach the height it was described as and very lumpy in places. Very disappointing.
