Got this for my child’s first big kid bed. It’s super plush, very comfortable and almost puts my $3000 mattress to shame. I haven’t slept all night on it but did sneak a quick nap (unintentionally) and it was great! Definitely a steal when lining up against other brands and was able to take home the same day, didn’t have to wait for shipping from other brands.

I give 1 star because I’m sure other people like it that soft but I expected it to be a little firmer for medium firm, but it was so soft you sank so far in it hurt my back when laying on my stomach. The smell was just plain god awful and didn’t go away even after airing it out for over 48 hours with windows open in the room. The smell gave me migraines as well as made my sinuses hurt. We returned the bed and ordered one of from Walmart that has been much better.

This is a really nice mattress. It's the queen medium version. I was able to pick it up the same day I ordered it. As a person born the middle of last century, I was able to get the box out of the car and into the bedroom without too much trouble. Getting the box on the bed & the mattress out of the box was more challenging by myself. I was so tired after that, that I just went ahead & very very carefully cut thru the wrapping. The mattress popped right out & started expanding right away. It was easy to turn & position the mattress. As others mentioned, it does smell at first, I left my air filter for 3 days before I used it. As an asthmatic, I was just being cautious. I have the medium version and it is not overly soft, it is not as soft as what I used to have. I love it. There is just enough softness to be very comfortable and firm enough that I slept thru the night. I love it. I do have a fluffy mattress cover on it since I have an elderly cat that sleeps on the bed too. Getting in & out of the bed is easy & being able to easily scoot to the middle is really easy & nice. I would love to see how it was squished, rolled, wrapped & stuffed in the box. My only problem is getting rid of the old mattress.

Sleeping in this bed felt like lying in quick sand. When you first sit or lie on it you think it feels firm but plush but then you continue to sink in further and further to where it's hard to move from one position to another. I hated this bed, I literally felt claustrophobic trying to move around in on this mattress.

I recently purchased a mattress from the Thornton, Colorado Sam’s Club using the Scan & Go feature, and my experience has been very disappointing. When I received the mattress, I realized it appeared to have been used. As someone with a disability, I cannot physically return the item due to its weight, so I contacted customer service for assistance. Despite explaining my situation, my case was closed without resolution, and I have yet to receive a refund or replacement. This has left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a loyal member. The mattress itself is not what I expected in terms of quality. It did not feel new and had visible signs of prior use. I hope Sam’s Club improves its quality control and customer service to better support members like me in the future.

Extremely comfortable from the start. Less than $500 on sale. Heavy and sturdy. Medium/plush feel. Added a plushy mattress pad, all cotton members mark hotel premier sheets, and bamboo pillows. The bed felt better than diamond hotels. It is set up on a guest house so it will be used sparsely, but I will update on longevity if anything goes wrong.

Mattress did have a chemical smell for a few days. It does sink at the edges when you get on and off the bed. It did take half-a-day to firm up. AND this mattress is the perfect balance of sinking into the mattress but not sinking too far. It's one of those mattresses that will not hurt your hip or shoulder if you stay in one position for hours. But you do not feel like you are on a hammock:) You feel like you are on a well made, expensive mattress that was a bargain!

Brought matress home, took it out of the box, unfolded it, and then start to cut the plastic off of the mattress while it inflated. Stopped immediately when I noticed there was mold/mildew growing on the bottom of the mattress. I was very happy that we had not already taken our previous mattress to the curb. The end of the mattress that had the mold/mildew also did not inflate correctly by the time we took it back to Sams Club the next day. At least the return was easy!

The bed shipped quickly! Once unwrapped from the plastic, the bed came to full size almost immediately. We did not have any one sleep in the bed until two or three weeks later and when my sister did she said it was very comfortable. I was surprised because she is very picky, but she even ask for the information on the bed so she can purchase one for her new home. It is a nice quality bed. I highly recommend this bed.

You will be hard pressed to find a better value for a mattress in this price point. We bought this as a guest room mattress, but ended up needing to use it ourselves for a few weeks and were very happy with the comfort and support it provided. It's not too firm, nor too soft - a solid medium support mattress. Highly recommend whether you're looking for your every day mattress or a place for guests to lay their heads.
