This was so easy to take home and set up. The mattress was so comfortable!

Very comfortable. I wish it was just a tad firmer, but comfortable nonetheless.

Purchased this mattress for my granddaughter, she is extremely happy and comfortable with it.

If firm is this soft, I would hate to imagine sleeping on the ultra plush. This mattress is so soft it is ridiculous. softer than my soft old foam mattress. returning as soon as possible. if you like soft mattresses that come delivered in an easy box rolled up- this is for you.

I bought the medium firmness in store and it feels like plush. Too soft. Perhaps if I had bought the firm, which they don't have in store, it'd have worked. But they won't ship to CA. What a shame, I really wanted to like it. On the plus side, it did not smell bad. And the quality seems to be very decent for the price.

I ordered in app and did a store pick up. This is NOT hotel premium as described. I received a regular Members Mark 12” mattress. I did not realize it until it was too late, I had it out of the box and the plastic was off. I would not have accepted this at the store if I had known. I actually passed up this item in the store wanting the better “Hotel Premier” product. Sam’s Club misrepresented this product and it’s too late for me to return, I had no way of getting it back to my vehicle after it was unrolled. I’m very disappointed

Off gassing

As comfortable or more so than my more expensive mattresses. I can't speak to longevity but for the price it is great so far.

We bought this mattress for our daybed on our back porch. It is perfect. Just the right height. It is so comfortable sitting or napping!
