Nice bed but super soft. Not a med firm by any means but a great value. If you want a med firm, this is not the bed. It is more like a med plush.

I purchased this mattress because it was reasonably priced, never thinking it would be more comfortable than your standard mattresses because it can in a box however this mattress is unbelievably comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised.

Ordered online after looking at multiple reviews. Needed a new mattress for the spare bedroom. Great mattress family is giving great feedback after sleeping on it. Great buy!

For what this mattress costs, I expected to be able to sit in the bed with my daughter without sinking to the bottom. I can hardly get out of the bed when I sit in it with her. Wouldn't recommend.

Very very bad quality, it had uneven level. In a process of returning.

“medium” feels like it’s an ultra plus we were both sinking way down into it, offers NO SUPPORT being a side sleeper. Hate the way this feels. With it was a real medium like costcos nova form mattress

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

Convenient to purchase and quick to set up. Extremely comfortable and has great support for your entire body. Would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive but high quality mattress that you don't need a pickup to transport. Loved the convenience of the bed in a box and being able to carry it up a narrow staircase.

I bought this bed for my daughter and so far she is loving it. The box that it came in was nice and compact. Once I opened the box and took out the mattress I laid it out and it started to rise immediately. When reading reviews, some people were saying that the mattress never reached the fullness that was stated for the mattress so I was a little concerned, but the mattress did expand and is very comfortable and the price was great!!!

We bought this for our oldest child a few years ago and it hasn’t been destroyed/ sagged and now this one for our youngest. So comfortable I’m thinking of trading our bed for this too. I have no back pain when I sleep on one of their beds. Only downside is if you like to sit on the edge of the bed, you will sink.
