I was afraid this mattress was going to be too firm. Its not, its right in the middle. I had a trip planned so i left the mattress to expand for about 2 days. Definitely worth the money. I paid about $400.

Great mattress for average size person. My husband and i agree that it is soft on top with frm core. I have an obese brother and he said it is too soft for him due to his size

I love this mattress. It was heavy and I had trouble getting the box upstairs, but it is perfect as far as Medium Firm. I have been sleeping very well for three weeks, so far so good.

It is really good! I loved my bed, I guess I should’ve chose the firm one, medium is still too soft for me but I’m still enjoying it! I did my research and it’s good for my lower back and it has been! Queen size is perfect too.

I purchased 2 full size mattresses. They are quite comfortable and loved the prices. I am giving 3 stars because neither of the mattresses inflated to the 12 inches advertised on the box. The most that that I recieved were 11 inches.

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.

Purchased for the guest room. I didn't use it myself, but a visiting family member was comfortable and slept well. It's a very thick mattress, so if you use it with a box and a standard bed frame it would be pretty high. I used it with a fold up metal bed frame and a thin mattress pad under it, no box and it was high. Set up was easy for the twin size. I was able to do it alone. The mattress fluffed up fully in a few seconds. I didn't notice any offensive odors, but it wouldn't hurt to let it air out a little before putting the sheets on to let the new foam bed smell dissipate.

Wasn’t sure what type of a bed I wanted after sleeping on a waterbed for over 30 years. This bed met all my expectations and I’m glad I made the purchase. I ordered the king size and it does take two people to unroll it due to its size. I waited 48 hours as suggested and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. It’s a beautiful, cooling and comfortable bed to sleep on. So happy I made this purchase.

I really wanted to love this mattress, but I don’t. I ordered it in early December 2025, and have slept on it for a month and a half now and I just hate it and really regret getting a memory foam mattress, and an ultra plush one at that. I cannot get comfortable. No matter how I lie, be on either side, my back, my stomach, kind of on my side and stomach, I cannot get truly comfortable. I can’t sleep well either on account and I think I’m averaging about two to four hours of sleep per night. Getting off of this bed is so difficult and I messed up my right knee getting up and down off this bed that I had to barrow a walker from my 90 year old neighbor (I just turned 48!) because my knee was so painful and strained and trying to give out on me from getting up and down off the mattress. My lower back and hips are also always extremely stiff and sore now after nearly two months of ‘sleeping’ on this mattress. I’m now going to lol for a hybrid mattress and spend yet more money to replace this one that I can’t enjoy.
