I've had the medium queen size mattress almost a year. I bought it for my adjustable bed because I had read the good reviews, the cost, and the convience of it being shipped. At this time, I can honestly say it is not the best mattress for an adjustable bed. It has lost some of it's loft and I can sometimes feel the bars of the bed frame though it. I can extend the life of my mattress by flipping and turning it as I'm the only one sleeping on it but if two people sleep on it on a daily basis, it will not last long. Save your money for a better quality matress that you can test in person.

Worst mattress ever. After getting shipped the wrong size and struggling to get a refund for almost two weeks from sam's online for the mattress I know and love and lost in a fire, I was too frustrated and didn't trust them or have patience to wait for another one. I hadn't slept in a bed for two months. Now I'm stuck with this smelly, soft and uncomfortable mattress. And we feel like we're going to fall out of bed if we move. It has no structure whatsoever. It really sucks!!

I was a little nervous about ordering this mattress, didn't really know what to expect. I absolutely love it!! First it came earlier than expected. There was no odor like some people have claimed. It filled out perfectly. I did give it over 24 hrs before I slept on it. It is not a mattress that you sink into. It is a med firm I would say. I am a side sleeper and find it very comfy. I have not been able to sleep on my back for a long time but find I can in this. I don't want to get out of bed in the am. Also does not leave indentations where you sleep.

Very comfortable bed!

I purchased this for my 70 year old mother in hopes that it would allow for a good nights sleep for her but am disappointed. After it arrived in the vacuum package we let it sit for 24 hours as stated in the instructions. We did notice that one end was still misshapen and looked forward to it popping out but it never happened. We have only had it for a month or so at this point. The middle has started sinking down. She only weighs 125 so it has nothing to do with weight, also she only sleeps in.. no sitting during the day. I did give it two stars due to the fact that it’s not making her sweaty.

It took a good day to fully decompress from the box. First night was not restful. It’s gotten better, but it’s not at all what I was looking for. It also claimed to be cooling, and I have been so warm. Good thing I kept my old mattress till I can find a new one.

We purchased this in the early part of 2021. At first it started out well, only to turn out to be the worse mattress we've ever purchased. We purchased this mattress to replace a mattress that was 15 years old and honestly it turns out our old mattress was way better than this one. We held on to it thinking maybe we needed to give it time to adjust to. It sinks in the middle so bad you constantly feel like you are drowning into the bed. No cooling factors. As a matter of fact has contributed to my husbands back being messed up, my hip and side pain. JUST SO HORRIBLE! We're so disappointed we didn't return it immediately and embarrassed we allowed ourselves to suffer with this mattress so long. NEVER in our 54 years of life had both of us had such horrible sleep since purchasing this mattress. Now that we know better we would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

This mattress is great for the price, but I wouldn't say it's the best mattress I've ever slept on. There are lots of reviews that call it "plush" and I definitely do not feel that way, I would say it's rather firm. However, I would still recommend it to people looking for a mattress at a bargain price. It's been great for stomach and side sleeping!

There's nothing FIRM about this mattress. I called customer support & they were no help. I let them know I never slept on the mattress because of how uncomfortable it was, way too soft. They told me to give it a few days to settle, 5 days later it's just as bad. This is supposed to be a firm mattress, DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A FIRM ONE.
