They are really tender, and they have this great, spicy vinegary taste. I really enjoyed these, so much so I need someone to take the bag away from me! I love that they are grass-fed beef, has 4 g of protein, sugar free, and gluten free. I love that they are the mini size that I can put them in my purse.
