I usually purchase this item at Sam’s but they were sold out so I went online to purchase them in January. They aren’t like the ones sold at Sam’s. Even with an expiration date of 12/25, they are hard and dry. I’m not sure why because they’re aisle fresh. Not certain what happened with this purchase. I believe they were provided by a third party.

These mini grass-fed beef sticks are perfect for our office! Everyone loves them and appreciates having the protein to snack on instead of sugary candy. These sticks have a great taste and gets us to lunch or dinner without spiraling out with something sugar coated. Great flavor too.

We used to love these but the last 2 full containers (one bought from Sams and one bought elsewhere) had multiple sticks that had lost their vacuum and were off color - some even green and moldy. I took photos of the still sealed sticks, the bag, upc, etc. and sent them to Archer. They replied once saying to take them back to the store. I told them they were delivery and I am immobile and then they went silent. I have messaged them 3 times and nobody cares. I would not buy again.

I used to buy these all the time and they were so good. Now that they have changed the packaging and I believe the formula of the actual product they are not as good. The new packaging is very “vacuum sealed” allowing air in the packaging. The actual meat stick is now smaller and lighter in color and more greasy. Some of the sticks are even a lighter color where they look bad.

I bought these twice from Sams in Southern Indiana. The first time, I thought they were great, so the second time, I bought two packs. both packages had sticks with MOLD on them. Different batch numbers. the mold was mostly behind the label and not visible, i unfortunately didn't notice initially until I tasted it. Notifed the company twice and was never contacted or received a response

Tasty. These are pretty good, the texture can vary though. I like them better when they have a soft texture, but sometimes you will get some that are more cured and Jerky type texture. Overall, these are tasty and do not leave an oily aftertaste or texture like some jerky in the market does.

The taste is fine, though these are a bit on the spicy side. My biggest complaint is it leaves a filmy/slimy feeling in my mouth after eating and they are greasier than the Member's Mark beef sticks. Unfortunate because I was thinking buying the name brand was going to come with a better product, but I should've has stuck with Member's Mark...Lesson learned...

These used to be amazing, but ever since the packaging change, they've been much moister and many of them have a moldy taste. I suspect they aren't dehydrating them as much, using the extra water as a filler, thus giving us less meat per package. Unfortunately, this has the side effect of them going bad much more quickly, even being bad on the store shelf A definite do not buy unless they return to the original recipe. The only reason I'm not returning them is I threw out the original packaging. They should absolutely issue a recall for all the affected product due to possible mold

i bought these figuring they would just end up in the trash bc so manh other brands i tried were terrible. to my surprise they were pretty dang good. if your looking for a healthier go to to replace the regular slim jims these are definitely pretty close in taste without the guilt. these are gonna be a great snack in between meals. im excited to have found these and super glad i took the chance and bought them. most definitely will be buying more.

When I first started buying these last year, they were great. Then the company changed the packaging and I'm assuming how they make them because the last 2 bags I've bought have had mold on them, been discolored, and smelled off. I contacted the company and gave them all the batch info, they said they'd email me a coupon for a free replacement, but then they never sent me anything. I will not be buying this brand ever again. Poor quality and poor customer service. There are better options available than these.
