I found the texture a little strange, a bit too "smooth", if you will. They were edible, nothing really bad about them, but not too much great, either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely loved this beef jerky, mostly because it was soft and wasnt hard to eat like other beef jerky brands. It also felt like I was truly eating something that was healthy unlike other beef jerky brands.

Last batch was non edible, contacted the manufacturer, customer service is non existent. Word of mouth is worse than losing one customer. And to anyone looking at the bad reviews, and seeing the automated response for help with it, been there, went deeper contacting the manufacturer directly. Customer service and satisfaction is everything.

I like the natural product with the great taste that it offers. It is a product that I do not mind giving to the kids or a good snack when watching what I am eating.
