We bought this couch about 5 months ago. After a couple weeks into owning it, the back support in one of the recliners snapped in half. I contacted the manufacturer about this and my request fell on deaf ears, therefore I had to install a new piece of wood, which now makes it uncomfortable. The chaise back piece makes a loud cracking sound, which sounds like it’s about to break in half as well, so we don’t sit in that for fear of it breaking. Just recently, the steel pull-cable for one of the recliners breaking apart and the handle is now hanging on by a thread, literally. We should’ve saved our money and put it towards a more rigid, higher quality couch.

I really wanted to like this sectional. The delivery service was great. the couches looked really nice after I put them together. But with in 48 hours I had a major issue. After I was sitting in on the chaise for a few minutes I sat up and leaned on the arm rest to get up and the arm rest pulled completely away form the seat! I look down and there are only 3 small wood screws that were used to attach the arm rest to the bottom and two of them had completely stripped out of the wood. I also notice that reclining action of the other chairs was not smooth felt liked there were jammed or locked up. They took some work to open and close. The more and more I looked at it, the more I could see how poor the construction was. It is really a shame, because I expect better quality from Sam's club, especially for the amount that we paid for it. Fortunately, the Samsclub.com customer service is willing to refund my money and have the couches picked up and taken away.

Bought this couch from Sam's Club sight unseen. It's a beautiful 6 pc leather sectional. Hopefully it's kid-proof and lasts for years to come.

This sectional is huge and looks great! It is comfortable to sit on. The built in drink holders are also cool. I also like the rich dark brown color.

This sofa feels very comfortable to share with family and watch TV and relax because of its reclining seats, its material and color look good
