Cushions are comfortable. Recliner is smooth, wide, and quiet. Spacious storage compartment with convenient cup holders. Could easily accommodate more than 6 people.

What an amazing couch! First off, it is beautiful to look at but in addition it is super comfortable. It always has everything you could want with cup holders and great reclining features!

This is a nice looking set. The leather has a good feel. It would require the right room size to make it work. I would be concerned that the seating is rated for 250 lbs. I wonder how it would hold up with multiple people sitting on it.

Love the sofa, recommended to our friends. However, the recliner linkage from the handle is not made to last. I have had to adjust both recliners latching system in the 8 months we owned it. The leather itself is comfortable and durable. We have a dog and two teenagers, and so far there is not a mark on the sofa. Added bonus is that there are multiple configurations to the sectional so it is easy to configure to the room.

We purchased this sectional in October 2016. While it was nice looking and comfortable at that time, after only 2 years the "leather" material started peeling off in some areas. At this point, almost all of the sectional has bare areas, especially along the seams on the seats and on the headrests of the recliners. While I understand that some wear with regular use is to be expected, I feel that this level is unacceptable for a nearly $2000 piece of furniture. I've had $300 sectionals from discount stores that held up better than this. Very disappointed in the poor quality!

I purchased this exactly a year ago. It was the worst buy. The sectional does not stay connected and it’s already broken from the reclining section. There’s nothing I can do now. I will not be purchasing anything this big from Sam’s again. Very disappointed .

Was great at first. Chaise lounge recliner won't stay up. Slowly reclines if you put any weight on it. The pleather has peeled off considerably. Even in places where no one sets often at all. Just started after the year warranty went out. It looks horrible now. I'm embarrassed and share my story to anyone who comes over and sees it and warn them before purchasing furniture at sam's club. We purchased it around February 2020. Everyone that sees it is shocked and is convinced that Sam's club would make it right, but I'm so frustrated I just want to toss it to the curb.

We loved the sofa when we first purchased it. Loved it so much we encouraged friends and family to purchase it (which they did). Now the leather is peeling off, the recliners don’t close without slamming them and the thread is coming undone. Wish I could upload photos to show you!

I bought this sectional last year and have been extremely satisfied. First time buying a couch on-line but I knew Sam's Club would let me return if unhappy. No need, we love it! Delivery was great and they set it where and how I wanted it. It's so comfortable. I like the cup holder and storage for our remotes. The leather is easy to wipe and keep clean. We keep getting compliments on it when guests are over. We've added throw pillows and blankets for extra coziness. Our family enjoys this couch so much and each have our "perfect" spot.

It started off when I bought this that I was upset because they dumped all the furniture in the middle of my driveway and left but I overlooked it because I was kind of excited about getting new furniture. I was so happy when I got the furniture it’s beautiful it looks perfect in my house… But 18 months later it’s starting to fall apart where it’s use the most. I wish I could just replace the one seat that’s bad hopefully the others will last longer. Can’t upload photo - files too big
