Panasonic is a good brand. It's a good microwave and will stand up to normal use. I don't think I've ever really had a Panasonic product fail on me. Attractive face and plethora of features which I will probably never use but meets the daily demand of a four person household.

It's the BEST Microwave I have ever had! No more cold spots in your food when another part is so hot you can't stand it! No more dried out edges on your food! I Love the Sensor Reheat “Less”! My food is the perfect temperature all the way through! It's so quiet, I had to listen closely to make sure I pushed the start button Sensor Defrost is Awesome too! I won't ever buy anything else, as nothing can stand up against this one! If you want the top of the line pick this one! Food cooks faster!

Microwave damaged with large DENT in side of top. Must have been done before put in box for shipping. I am 91 and do not have abilities to photograph . Dent is as obvious as the nose on my face.

I have only been using this microwave a short time. It has some drawbacks. I wish I'd known it doesn't defrost things like frozen fruit. The defrost is set up for large amounts of meat. That's not anything I use a microwave to accomplish. I'm use to stopping & checking what I'm cooking or reheating. If I hit stop to check on what I'm cooking or reheating it clears the numbers & I have to start over. This is a solid, nice microwave. I'm figuring out how to make it work for my needs

I received a white microwave instead of black but it actually goes better with my kitchen since I have stainless and a white dishwasher. I love the defrost mode on this microwave. I've always had trouble with microwaves over thawing and actually cooking the food but the sensor on this one works great and it was perfect without having to stand and keep checking it. The pads on the control panel have to be pushed a little harder than my old one but it didn't take long to get used it.

Panasonic Microwave This microwave is great. It has 1100 watts so it is quite powerful. My husband loves the reheat sensor button. He swears it warms anything up to perfection. My only complaint is that it takes a lot of counter space at 20-1/2” wide.

My new microwave is great. It looks very sharp and sleek. You have the option of black or white. It has a spacious interior with a turntable. It has 7 presets and a quick 30 second button for quick use. My kids love the auto cook presets and feel it is very easy to use. They specially love the popcorn setting. They have noticed that with this new microwave there is less un-pop popcorn. It also has child safety locks for the little ones. It makes our life so much easier when we are on the go. I would definitely recommend.

This is a great microwave. Despite it's 1100 watts, I am pretty sure it is stronger, and is definitely more efficient, than the old 1200 watt one I am replacing. It's not as wide as my old one but I think prefer that as I will now be able to toss the glass rotation plate into the dishwasher, my previous one was too large and stopped the water blades from spinning. Setting the clocks time was a breeze, was intuitive and took 15 seconds at most. The manual that accompanies the microwave is user friendly with detailed instructions including step-by-step pictures making it very informative and helpful. It even includes a food prep guide, a cookware guide, a conversion chart (oz to lbs), defrosting tips and chart and the sensor cook chart. This microwave has some great and convenient features. The 'Auto Defrost' feature is convenient when I forget to thaw meat for dinner (this happens more frequently than it doesn't lol). There is a 'Quick 30' setting to add 30 sec increments of cooking time. 'Keep Warm' feature keeps food warm for up to 30 mins and can even be set as the last stage after cooking something, this is very convenient and cool. The 'Child Safety Lock' disables its ability to operate preventing misuse. The 'Popcorn' setting has 3 size options and easy way to add or reduce cook time. The 2 coolest features that I love and am so impressed by are 'Sensor Reheat' and 'Sensor Cook'. The 'Sensor Reheat' heats food perfectly for me but allows my husband to opt for a little less cook time so it's cooler to his preference and even hotter than mine for my daughter. The manual even gives tips to ensure a tasty reheat. 'Sensor Cook' is the coolest feature of the microwave! It determines the time needed to cook potatoes, fresh or frozen veggies, frozen pizzas, frozen entrees, casseroles, and ground meat! Yes it claims to cook ground meat - I haven't tried cooking ground meat yet but am excited to give it a try. I have used it to cook potatoes (my husbands favorite) several times and they have all come out perfectly. It did not matter if it was a red skin or russet or if I did 1, 2, 3 or 4, when I prepped them as the manual said they came put perfectly everything. I am excited to try cooking fresh veggies and frozen pizzas using the 'Sensor Cook'. I ordered black but received a white one. Contemplating if I am exchanging it for the black as my appliances are stainless steel with black accents but the microwave is going in the pantry where no appliances are and the white actually looks better and brighter. Regardless of color this is a great microwave with tons of amazing features that are so convenient.

This is a nice countertop microwave that will come in handy in our TV room for snacks and warming beverages. It is easy to move if needed. I especially like the "keep warm" feature and the other quick access controls like the "quick 30." It can hold a 2.5 qt. casserole. I also appreciated the QR code for easy to access tips. (Please note that I have the white model of this microwave, not the black.)

The microwave is nicer looking and newer than my current microwave. It is lower in cooking wattage, but still gets the job done very well. It is on the small side both inside and outside. It will not hold my full size casserole dishes. It was a freebie so I hate to look a gift horse in the mouth…but I ordered black and they sent me white. I will not be able to replace my current one since it is the wrong color. But it is a good size to put in my upstairs loft allowing the 3 kiddos to “nuke” their popcorn or reheat leftovers without coming downstairs. If I was going to buy a microwave for dorm, tiny home, or RV living…this would work. It is too small for an average home.
