Bought to replace same size 'Emerson' as it looked identical but different name. Turns out, mechanically yes, operationally NOT. The touch pad menu is painful to use. Too complicated. NO 'instant cook" functions, i.e. 2 = 2 minutes. NO inside light when door is opened. Only when cooking. NOT HAPPY with a hard to use appliance. But yeah, it does cook good once you figure it all out.

This is a very nice microwave. It has many features that I will probably never use, like Sensor cooking, but it's nice to have them. The turntable seems to move a bit slower than my last microwave (Frigidaire), but that also seems to increase the heat. Also, setting the clock is very simple... just push the clock button and type in the time. The last one was a headache to the point that I had to unplug and re-plug it in every time I needed to set the clock.

Only lasted 4 months...... Now it gets hot but food does not....warranty means nothing!!!

Great microwave for the price. Pros: quiet, roomy, easy to use. Cons: push button for door opening seems flimsy, no single press express cook functions.

Wanted the extra wattage and this one works fine. Quick delivery and working out of the box. Have only had for a few days but presently quite satisfied.

Product is good. Small enough to use on kitchen island but not too small. If your used to larger deluxe 1200 units, you might be surprised with 1100 as heating is a bit slower and motor is louder like a car in low gear.

Works fine for cooking, but the internal light doesn't function.

Bought for a gift, Granddaughter exact text was Grandma it's perfect.

Was easy to set up. The controls were not like the ones on our old microwave, but were no problem. We haven't tried the added features (Genius Sensor System, etc) yet. We doubt there will be a problem with the new features.

Fast Delivery. Oven worked just fine.
