Came with broken ring

Couldn't exchange in store because of buying it online. Couldn't return in mail because I moved which is the only reason I got the microwave. Stuck with broken piece.

This is a great disappointment.....we have had less than a month and the outside on display is pealing off. Will eventually get and look gross after much use. If I was smart I would have held on to receipt but did not as its been working fine.

Rotating plate comes off roller part for no Reason

Love this microwave- bought it one year ago. Now the glass rotating plate seems to come off the track without a reason ? The roller deal seems to be a little off too-?

Bad lighting.

Great microwave. The problem I have is that the inside shows white, but is actually almost a black gray, so if you need to watch what's in there, you can bearly see it. Not good for light, but otherwise it's a very nice microwave.

The absence of a light upon opening the door is just plain ridiculous! Otherwise looks good and works well (so far) . Controlled not as intuitive as I would hope.
