Ease of use, size.

Works well, operates quietly. There's nothing wrong with it. That said, it's VERY basic, with virtually no convenience features: no memory settings, no quick start options, and only one preset (popcorn). It has a push-button latch release, which is less convenient and more prone to breaking than a handle. It's not a bad oven. It was a good choice given my budget and time constraints. In a less urgent situation, I would have chosen a different product.

We decided to replace our broken Panasonic microwave with another one from Panasonic as we liked the size and features of the one we are replacing. This new model is easy to use as we already were comfortable with the operations. I do like the fact that this one has a light inside that the old one did not. It fits in the same space as the old one and has the same power.

Never owned a Samsung microwave as I always bought GE and was familiar with the way it worked but this Samsung it's great, easy to learn how to operate, not noisy, buttons are a little hard to press but will get the feeling of touching buttons the more I use it. Great capacity inside and great wattage for a countertop micro. Does not take too much space on the counter just a little bit more than the one I had that was only 700 watts. I'm very happy with my purchase and price was very reasonable at Sam's.

Extremely disappointed! I just hooked this microwave up. First I didnt like it because the cord sticks out so far and my outlet is behind where I want to put it, which makes the microwave stick out about 4 inches from the wall. OK.... I got ready to take it back but decided to try and move it elsewhere. Got it all set up, opened up the door and NO LIGHT! What? I started it up and a very dim light comes on. I had to turn off my kitchen light to see inside while it was running. Ok. Thats all fine until you open the microwave and its all dark! A huge disappointment! I’m taking it back ASAP!

Basically a decent microwave but with some poor attention to details. First of all the interior light does not come on when the door is opened. Second, the text on the control panel is relatively small and very thin which makes it difficult to read unless you are in a brightly lit environment and you have excellent vision. Also the clock does not have a colon, but rather it has a period. This makes the time display look like a decimal value instead of the time. This oven did cook okay, it was fairly quiet as microwaves go and the overall appearance is nice. I returned it due to the short comings I have noted and will buy something else.

Very nice microwave for the money - does everything I need

Had an older version which I loved. This new one does not have quick minute which was a great feature. This is also smaller than previous version.

Nice Microwave for the countertop. It does the job and is attractive in the white. Has all standard features and is powerful enough.
