We decided to replace our broken Panasonic microwave with another one from Panasonic as we liked the size and features of the one we are replacing. This new model is easy to use as we already were comfortable with the operations. I do like the fact that this one has a light inside that the old one did not. It fits in the same space as the old one and has the same power.

Never owned a Samsung microwave as I always bought GE and was familiar with the way it worked but this Samsung it's great, easy to learn how to operate, not noisy, buttons are a little hard to press but will get the feeling of touching buttons the more I use it. Great capacity inside and great wattage for a countertop micro. Does not take too much space on the counter just a little bit more than the one I had that was only 700 watts. I'm very happy with my purchase and price was very reasonable at Sam's.

Very nice microwave for the money - does everything I need

The microwave cooks nicely and is a good size for my kitchen. I find the "buttons" somewhat difficult to push.

Still new and learning about it. Love the black and why I bought it but didn't think that the keys might be hard to see unless bright light is on.

it is still new to us and at first I was not impressed. Soon both my wife and I have come to love it.

Just got this microwave but so far it is everything we wanted and what was advertised by Panasonic and Walmart.

So far so good! Only had microwave for a week and everything seems to be good. The microwave runs quietly, thats a big plus.

This Panasonic is quieter than the previous one that I had. It also seems more sensitive to the food it cooks. I am enjoying it very much.
