Sounds better, rides better so far. Old tires had somewhere between 60,000 and 91,289 miles on them, were quite noisy, rode rough and were down to the wear bars. These new LE3's are quite an improvement. I guess time and miles put on will tell the real story.

These tires are much improved from the Destination LE2. If your a fan of Firestone tires and are looking for a great tire, these are them. Quiet on the highway, great tread for when driving in wet conditions as well as on dry and in those hot summers in Texas.

I have driven these tires for 30k miles and I am already really close to needing to replace the tires. I just had to replace one that had a slice in the side wall. I have had to patch the tires multiple times. The worst tires I have ever had. No durability and the wear on them is terrible. As the title says, DO NOT BUY!!!

Certainly not the most expensive tire you could buy. But absolutely the best you can buy for value , longevity, reliability and performance. I have purchased these a total of 5 times for our 2 vehicles over the 9 years. I can't think of single time these tires disappointed me. Great tires all around!

Good tire for the money. Just purchased and no complaints so far. Ride is quiet but only had dry weather driving so far. Can't say what it will be like in rain and snow this year yet. Had a bit of a sticker shock when I purchased them from a privately owned shop, but service was fast and good, so not gonna complain about that.

I have been a fan of the Destination Tire for years now due to its smooth ride, durability, comfort control, and overall safety, recently had this tire put on my daughters car also because it is time tested by me and I know its valuable quality and safety.

This is my second set of tires on this vehicle, this set of Firestone Destinations that I have purchased over the years. Can't say enough about them. The old Michelin's were hard and slippery, these Destination LE3 completely transformed the ride of my truck and instill confidence once again that it can go through anything I need it to. I purchased these tires as my OEM tires on this vehicle needed to be replaced after only 22,000 miles - disappointing. At the same time these new tires from Firestone changed the ride dramatically - much smoother and quieter so to this point I'm very satisfied. Hoping they wear well and provide good winter traction.

Assumed I was purchasing the newer LE3, but not a problem since I was satisfied with the original LE2's, which gave 52K miles of quiet, even wear. If I hadn't replaced a little early, I probably could have gotten 60K miles. Just double check when purchasing to receive the improved 70K mile LE3.

Garbage tires Destanation bad. Had a Blowout on the Expressway! Almost had a very bad outcome , it was out of control ended in the grass. The last two I bought didn't last. I was Leary of getting more. NEVER AGAIN! I'm not at all comfortable with Firestone anymore!
