I started using an off brand for a while, then my prints started having different colors splatter on them along the edges. This went on for months, I really though I would have to have my printer serviced to correct the issue but thought I was try the brand toner one more time before trying to get it serviced. Using the brand toner cleared it right up instantly.

I was cleaning out our air conditioner return line and left it overnight. That part of the garage got flooded with water and the box of toners completely soaked. Fortunately they're in waterproof canisters so they stayed dry. Haven't tried them in the printer yet but hopefully they work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is when I spend as much for 4 cartridges as I would for a new printer. It would be nice if there were some discounts available for the purchase that last for more than a few days.As a individual consumer it is very difficult to make that amount of a purchase.

The refills were fine except the printer stopped working. Apparently after 3 years an internal engine part was "dirty". Laser printer kept shutting down with every print job and needed to be restarted. Did a restart but when sent another print, it errored out and shut down again. Needed to return the refills and get a new printer. I remember when printers used to last over 5+ years with heavy use (i.e. Laser III).

These toner cartridges work flawlessly. That has been my experience with original HP OEM cartridges for all our laser printers over three decades. This printer requires four cartridges, but we only purchased two because of the cost. In previous years we always kept a stock of four cartridges on hand. Not anymore! These two cartridges cost more than the original purchase price of the printer. This is not an exaggeration. We are always confused about the recycling instructions because the toner packaging is all geared up to recycle for the USA market and Canadians need to do something different. JUst be aware of this.

My HP M452 color duplex laser printer developed ugly vertical black bands on all prints. Nothing I tried would eliminate this problem. Finally, I decided to replace the OEM black cartridge with a genuine HP branded cartridge and the problem went away. Live and learn...

The toner is very expensive and there is no incentive for returning used cartridges. The process for receiving "free" shipping is somewhat deceptive, as a third party is involved that asks for a monthly fee for the privilege of "free" shipping. The cartridges do arrive quickly and are easy to install. The print quality is good.

I haven't run out of the black ink in the previous cartridge yet.
