Ok, like the turkey stick's, these are friggin awesome! The beef is slightly softer in texture, than the turkey is. But, both are well worth the money! Now, on my review of the turkey stick's, my first package of them, there were 32, but these new package's, have 45, just as the beef stick's! And, there is literally 2lbs of them, in each package! Now, like the turkey stick's, they have a great seasoning flavor, while the beef is slightly milder, than the turkey is. And, I hate to say this, because I also love the Slim Jim's, but these are actually better, as I have yet, to find any cartilage in these stick's, what-so-ever! Whereas, with the Slim Jim's, you might run across a small piece of it, but not much of it. And, this is with the full package(The turkey stick's, as the beef were out of stock at the time), that I have already eaten, along with these new stick's. So, I really can't think of any kind of negative's toward's these and the turkey stick's, all positive so far...

These are the best beef stick around. We've tried beef sticks in about 30 of the 50 states when we travel. Nothing touches these. Delicious!!

Weird flavor that lacks balance and fat content that creates odd texture and a gross mouth coating. The turkey sticks are much better.

These used to be one of my favorite snacks but they must have changed how they make them because starting a month ago or so they taste pretty awful. I’ll probably try returning the package of them - really bad.

These have an amazing flavor, no grease like Slim Jims. These would be great for lunches or just a snack with cheese cubes and crackers. I will be buying these again!

I pack these in my kids' lunches. They taste good and you can't beat the price. It says 32 ct , but I think they are referring to ounces. There were 38 in my pack, making them 34¢ each. =)

Good value for the money and a decent tasting snack but the casing is like eating a zip-lock bag. I expected something like a Slim Jim where you could eat the whole thing - but I found myself spitting out much of the casing. Not recommended.

I really liked Johnsonville summer sausage but no longer see it at Sam's club. These are close in taste and more convenient. They have a good summer sausage taste and so far no bone chips or hard mystery chunks which would be a deal breaker.

My family loves these! They are rich in flavor so you can only eat one or two. They are great for snacks and lunches paired with cheese. We also tried the turkey ones since these were so rich. They were good too but the beef is preferred.
