These beef sticks have paper wrapping and the inside is like a finely ground meat and lard mixture pressed together to make a stick. When I was telling my brother about them, he said you just eat the outside so I had him try one. He took a bite and then started to peal it took another bite and says what the heck gross. So then I had my dad try it. He unwrapped it and took a bite. Same thing, very disappointed. What a waste of money.

Love the convenience of having meat sticks in a resealable bag. Enjoy eating them as a snack. Pair it with chunks of cheese for even better flavor.
