Actual waist is 2 inches larger than the size. 36 inch size measures 38 inches on the size chart.

Feels good, fits as expected.

To long in length, probably incorrect sizes listed on pants. But now I must have them hemmed.

Looks like good quality material but it wrinkles..They require ironing.
