The necklace was purchased as a Christmas gift for my teenage son, the first time he wore the necklace the clasp broke and I had to exchange for a new one! The new exact same necklace has been wore multiple times and has had no problems with the clasp on this necklace. Overall, other than first clasp issue the necklace was a great purchase, and would recommend to others, along with the 5$ insurance I paid extra for!

I have the 9mm by the same manufacturer Dasan Inc, via sams club so I thought good starter chain for my son. One of the chain end links was soldered on cockeyed or crooked. Doesnt allow chain to lay flat and is actually uncomfortable to the touch. There wasnt any QC done on my order cant speak for anybody elses. And of corse today this iten is sold out online so I wont be able to exchange it anytime soon. But i hear even trying to do that with sams club they tell you to contact the manufacturer instead of providing customer service directly. Lastly the image on the listing that shows around the neck- this is deceiving its nowhere near that large (thickness wise) 5mm is small, be prepared.
