Arrived broken

This little unit packs a powerful punch! I unboxed the washer, assembled the unit, filled it with oil and gas and I was ready to roll in 7 minutes! The thing comes mostly assembled.... all you have to do is put the handles on, hook up the hoses, put the two pieces of the wand together, add oil and gas, hook up the water hose and you are READY. You can feel the power when you pull the trigger on the wand! I love the Kohler engine. I have a Kohler on my generator and log splitter and have no problems with either. They are easy to start and this one cranked on the third pull right out of the box. It has big wheels, which makes it easy to roll, a soap reservoir, breakdown handles for easy storage and a long sprayer hose. I would definitely recommend this pressure washer to my friends!

Power wand broken when taken out of box.. Having to tape it to use it. We aren't returning it because we have an older pressure washer and think the wand can be transferred but we may end up buying a new wand. So much for the $50 off sale price.

I love it

I just received the PWF3201SH from Samsclub.com. The unit shipped very well and had no issues with damaged packaging. I was surprised that it came mostly assembled with the wheels already on. It only took me a couple of minutes to get all the components out of the box and attach the handle with a couple of screws. The quick start instructions made this very easy. Within 5 minutes, I added the oil that was included, added gas, hooked up the hose, and we were ready to use. I bought this as an upgrade to my old 2500 PSI unit of 20 years. What I like best about this new PWF3201SH was 1) the extra power. There was a bit of a recoil that I liked when the sprayer was engaged. 2) The engine has a fuel shutoff switch next to the choke that allows you to keep gas from sitting in the carburetor. That’s a big deal for me to use all the gas in the carburetor so it stores empty. I typically use gas treatment as well. 3) The handle folds over for minimal storage space. 4) Mobility was the biggest difference. The 12 inch wheels made it very easy to maneuver, even up and down steps! Unlike my old pressure washer, the PWF3201SH has the water hose connect and the pressure hose connect in the back of the unit. This made it extremely mobile, especially versus my old unit that had both connects in the front. I would definitely recommend the PWF3201SH to anyone looking for a good pressure washer! (Powerful and mobile!)

Needed a new power washer, my son is detailing cars for a side hustle. The setup was easy out of the box. Very little assembly is required. Seems to be very well made. I like the big wheels, easier to get around especially on grass and rocks. 3200 PSI is top-of-the-line pressure but not too much. Would recommend. .

I bought this power washer to clean my home's driveway and front porch. The initial setup was straightforward. The power washer came well-packaged and mostly assembled. It made getting to the task at hand fast, and this machine wasted no time completing the job I had to do. It packs a solid punch to knock out anything in its way. I appreciate how simple it was to set up and operate, follow the instructions, and prime the engine. This power washer will last a long time, based on its top-notch quality components.

Came with wand handle cracked and hose holder broken
