I purchase this pressure washer on 12-16-2022. The machine came really fast. When we open the box, the plastics nozzle panel broke. I called customer service December 22, 2022 and talked to Oscar. He is very helpful and asked for the copy of receipt and serial number. I email the information back on December 23, 2022. So far I have not receive my replacement parts or heard back from the company. I have try calling so many times and did not get any life agent. I am not able to use the pressure machine yet so i am not sure if this is a good machine or not. But so far with customer service the company get an F. What is the use if the company respond is to contact customer service and no one is around to pick up the phone.

I just wanted to update my original review of this unit as I now have used it to clean my concrete driveway and sidewalks. I ran the unit for 3 hours without any issues, just an awesome powerful cleaning experience that looks just like I hired Perfect Power Wash. I did use this unit with a surface cleaner unit to make the job quicker and with less mess. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this unit for anyone interrested in acquiring a good pressure washer.

Purchase the son 12/2, and it was delivered on 12/18. Immediately noticed a piece was broken and attempted to call A-i customer service. Was placed in a "Q" at #7 for someone to call back and never received a call. Sent customer service an email on the same day (12/18) with photos and proof of purchase and 11 days later I still have not received a response. Tried to call again today and once again placed in a Q at place #4, three hours later still no call. This company has NO customer service. Taking it back to Sam Club.
