Cordless Outdoor Sun Shade With Protective Valance - Shale

We love these blinds!!  I was very  reluctant to purchase these without seeing them in person.  I was pleasantly surprised when the arrived, the color was exactly as I hoped and the installation was easy.  I definitely recommend this product!!!

Outdoor Blinds

I purchased a 10 X 8 Keystone fabrics outdoor shade from Sam's in September 2022.  I was so pleased after I installed it that I purchased a motorized shade for my kitchen window.  Fast forward about 18 months.  The tube inside the original shade is now bent making it difficult to roll up and down.  I contacted Keystone and was on the phone with customer service for about an hour, taking the shade apart and examining various pieces.  At the conclusion, the representative said I must have done something to bend the tube and it would not be covered by the 2 year warranty..  There is no way I bent the tube.  I installed the shade per instructions.  It's a pretty simple process.  I asked to speak to the owner of the company.  He said he had never heard of the tube bending.  I asked him to review the video I had sent of the defective shade.  I told him I would wait before posting a negative review to give him an opportunity to call me back.  He never called back.  I contacted Sam's  and explained the situation.  Sam's provided a replacement shade under their TOTAL SATISFACTION policy.  Sam's rocks !! - I'm really impressed that they are replacing the shade.  Beware Keystone Fabrics shades.  If you decide to buy one I recommend buying it from Sam's, because if you have a problem, Keystone does not honor their warranty

Beware Keystone Fabrics sun shades

These sun shades are durable, easy to put up and easy to use.  Most importantly, the amount of heat/sun that they keep off my porch is unbelievable.  The temperature difference must be at least 5 degrees if not 10.  I live in the south, so the summer sun is brutal.  These sun shades are perfect for protecting my back porch.

The sun protection is amazing!!!
