This was easy to assemble only toke me and my daughter about 10 mins. To put together..comfortable yes..wow very nice product. Love it..

Bought 1 xl twin and 1 twin for daybed and it fits perfectly, nice and firm .

Great price and the funny notes about hiw to unpack it were great. I have to admit i was a little unsure about a king size mattress in a box that is about 4 feet tall and 2 foot by 2 foot. It says to give it 72 hours to get where it should be after unpacking and it is so comfortable and sleeps so great!

We got this for a family member who has severe back pain. He uses a 4 inch mattress topper that is soft due to this mattress is very firm. No saging or indentions where he lays. 250 lbs and 5'11. His back has been very supported and he has had wonderful sleep. We used a metal box spring with this. Delivered right to his apt. No problems with anything. Very pleased with the price point and the quality.

After 2 years without a proper bed my wife and I had enough. So we purchased this mattress. First couple of days was rough but once we got used to it, boy do we love this mattress. It’s so comfortable, especially after a hard day at work which ironically we both work at Sam’s Club.

Opens and "comes to size" almost immediately. We let it sit for 24 hours a recommended. I did not notice much odor with this mattress. The last one I purchased was during summer and the odor was slightly noticeable. This is our second purchase of this brand. Same mattress different thickness. This 8" mattress was purchased for the bottom bunk of a full over full bunk bed. Its absolutely perfect for the kids. Honestly, I didn't notice much difference in the firmness or comfort of the two. I prefer the 14" Eurobox for myself. However, this mattress has been great for our kids. I do recommend this brand. My last mattress was Queen. After two years it shows no signs of wear. I felt as though it had the quality of Sealy mattresses from the 70s without the ability to flip it.

I am very happy with this mattress. I went from a Serta pillow top to the Zinus and have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now. I am sleeping very good on it, am very satisfied.

The mattress is of good quality and far better that the costly mattresses. Ordering and the shipping process was easy. I am very impressed and would definitely buy another one .

Sams Club description for the 8" hybrid twin mattress clearly provides that the mattress included a frame. Pictures show a frame.The mattress does NOT include a frame despite the description. It is only a mattress. Sam's acknowledged that there should be a frame and said it would send one. It only sent another mattress. Now, I have two mattresses and no frame. No offer to help, no offer to come pick up extra, no help with frame, told to call Zinus. And then, Daniela just hung up the chat and said she was releasing the chat to help the next member. Did not arrange a pick up, refund, or anything. Gave no further directions. Very abrupt. So now, will have to drive a mattress hours to return. Bad business.
