date on bread should be viewed as a "Best If Used By" date.

unlike the original, it is sloppily put in the pan the bread is hard to take out and the peforated edges, too,

There was mold, being covered by the logo. Sadly, I didn't see it I got home and my son was going to eat it for a snack.
