excellent ride comfort

I replaced noisy tires that had about 50k miles on them. The new Advantage Control tires were not only much quieter, the gave a much smoother ride than the previous set did. They seem to be very good under wet driving conditions, but I have yet to drive them in winter conditions. Even my spouse noticed the difference in theses tires!

Road vibration.

I'm very disappointed. You can feel all the road conditions. I felt driving on the not good condition paving road. Driver and passengers can felt vibration road noise all the time even well paving road. I did rebalance next day of installation but same road continuously vibration felt. I'm assuming that especially patterns design and bended middle two vertical lines made this kind of ride experience. I exchanged with Micheline tire the next day of installation on my Toyota Corolla even pay $200 more and no special sale price. I don't want to keep this tires for next few years with uncomfortable riding and road vibration.

Outstanding tire

I have had 4 different major brands of tires on this car since it was new.. All had poor traction on dry and wet pavement. They all had a stiff ride with lots of slap on the road tar strips. They all had issues with tracking even with perfect alignments. This new Advantage Control is amazing. First thing I noticed was the car tracked absolutely perfect. Then I noticed in heavy rains I had no hydroplaning . Then I saw Dry traction was improved. This is an area that had always been a problem with the light front end of the Camry. Finally a big bonus was how quiet the tire is. The tire absorbs bumps in the road that all other tires could shake my teeth, All this and near total removal of the slapping sound on tar strips. I have yet to try this tire on snow or ice or check for tread wear, but so for this has been the best tire I have ever owned and I have tried a lot of tires over the 25 years I owned an auto repair facility

First set was purchased April 13 and I complained about the road noise. Within warranty, second set was put on. After driving a few weeks the road noise is the same on the second set. Tires are advertised has smooth, quiet ride. Mine are noisy and I hear the road noise constantly. Not at all satisfied.

PAC93, we're sorry to read of this noise complaint. If the noise on the 2nd set didn't begin for several weeks, it is possible that an irregular wear pattern has created the noise. A member of our team will be in touch to work with you and your retailer on a solution.

Excellent bad weather traction

I decided to try this tire because it had some better ratings than others for snowy conditions. I replaced a set of Goodyear Eagle RSA tires with these on a 2012 Mazda 3. After 4 months and a couple of snowstorms, time for a review. The tires are a bit softer and have more slide-slip than the Eagle RSA had, took me a little time to adjust to the dry pavement feel when making a lane change maneuver. They just react to input a smidge slower. There is a little extra tire noise which I notice on wet pavement, but not enough to complain about, it is just there as a result of the tread design. There was a definite improvement in traction on snowy and even wet roads in comparison to the Eagle RSA tire. Living in Michigan, this was a big positive. The only other negative was a 1 MPG decrease in my fuel economy over the Eagle RSA tires. When from an average of 35 to 34 MPG on my weekly commute when averaged over a few months. I assume this is due to a softer tire compound increasing the rolling coefficient of friction. Given the improved traction in bad weather, I can live with this.

Second Set

Just bought my second set of these tires. Got 65000 miles on the first set. They are a little noisy at highway speeds but the traction and wearability are worth the small inconvenience. Traction is very important with living in the Great Lakes snow belt .

BF Goodrich tires

My tires would not pass inspection and winter is approaching, so I finally gave in and bought new tires. I went to a local reputable dealer after doing my research to determine which tires were best and met my needs. Working with the dealer, we agreed that these tires were the best for my car. I am pleased with the tires and anticipate them lasting many years.

SOLID CHOICE

I’ve been rolling on these BFGoodrich all-season tires for a while now, and honestly, I’m really happy with them. They handle great in all kinds of weather—dry roads, rain, and even a bit of snow. Super stable and reliable. Traction is solid, braking feels smooth, and they seem to be wearing evenly, so I know they’ll last a good while. Plus, long drives are nice and comfortable—no weird vibrations or annoying road noise. If you want tires that are dependable, durable, and handle well year-round, these are a great pick!

Bad Gas Mileage

I bought these tires because the original tires cost a little more than I could afford. The BF Goodrich tires were next best tires down from the original that dealer had in my size. I first thing that I notice were how quiet these tires are compared to the original. But down side is my gas mileage went down 2-3 mpg. And I'm losing air pressure, I don't know if its the tires or some other issue. As for traction, little less than the originals, needs more steering input and the rear wants to come around more. The tires feel heavier and looks taller. The ride is comparable to the originals.

Itsme, we recommend having the tires inspected by a BFGoodrich retailer, preferably the selling dealer, to determine if there is an air loss or if it is due to cooler temps. We suggest that you call us at 866-866-6605 from the dealer's store. Regarding the MPG, new tires having full tread depth will have more grip and rolling resistance in comparison to worn tires. As the new tires wear, the rolling resistance decreases. Over the life of the tires, all things being equal, the fuel efficiency should improve.

I needed tires and am happy with the ones I purchased

I bought these tires because I was scared about my previous ones. These ones make me feel better. They do start a little loud (which new tires have a tendency to do that). These are good quality tires for a decent price too. I am posting this before too much ware has been put on them too (bought and placed on 1/21/25 and it's 1/24/25 as I type this now.)
