CHECK YOUR PRODUCE AND EGGS BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!

We buy these all the time. Never had a problem. But today I obviously was given a 5lb bag that was already in-or should have been in the trash! Out of 21 pieces of fruit, not 1 could be eaten! 2 of them had been smashed in the bag and leaked in my car. Every piece of fruit was VERY soft, had large "dents" on fruit and even though i tried really hard, I could not find one that was acceptable to keep and eat. Its hard for me to believe that the associate who filled my order did not notice the dripping juice from the net bag or could FEEL the stickiness and extreme softness of the entire bag of fruit! This experience will make me rethink the curbside pick up. I live 45 miles away and I cant rely on inept people to choose my fruit. I have already quit buying bananas at Sam's due to the way they throw the bananas in the basket - they were always full of bruises on the backside even though they looked nice from front. Eggs are also frequently cracked and sitting in egg goop. Sam's is great about issuing refunds, but i really wish they would give their shoppers a course in care and handling of the delicate food products. Now I have to drive another 12 miles to the nearest grocery store which is very annoying!!

Spoiled

Very disappointed with the fruit's quality. I ordered delivery, and whoever selected the cuties didn't seem to care or take the time to see that more than half the bag was spoiled. They were all soggy and inedible. I am currently waiting for my refund. By the way, it won't let me upload pictures to give everyone a visual representation.

Mold

My kids like the pre packaged mandarin oranges in juice so I was trying to look for a more fresh alternative. I remembered these were great while I was growing up. However, I sliced the first oranges and it already had white mold. So I opened another one. The second one I noticed a strong smell right away and it had more white mold than the first one. Ended up trashing the whole bag. It sucks because these are usually so good.

Rotten

Most of them were rotten and squishy should have known not to buy them. Sams produce is mostly bad and I will never buy again. I got them in a club pick up order so I had to take whatever was picked. Also they were advertised as Cuties but they were actually Peelz so they were totally tasteless .

My favorite place to buy cuties!

Sams club has becoming one of the only places I'll buy cuties from. They've been good all year! I've enjoyed having them through out the year and not just in the winter months. I have however learned to keep them in my fridge. Not only are they extra delicious when they're nice and cold, but they keep longer too. Sams club has wonderful produce!

only a few clementines are actually great tasting

it never fails! Every time I purchase a bag of clementines I find at least 1/3 of them soft and awful tasting after only three days. I keeppurchasing them however, becasue I keep bringin the soft ones back for a refund. If Sams would keep the clementines in the cooler instead of stacking them on the "floor"...they might last longer. I do recomend burchasing the clementines, just make sure you return the non-usuables for a full return.

Sweet and Juicy, better than navels!

I bought these at my local Sam's Club. I am very glad that i did. I have a hard time finding good fruit and Sam's didn't disappoint with these. Like the title implies these are very sweet and juicy, much better than any navel oranges I have gotten at local grocery stores. Thanks Sam's!

Great taste

I love the Cuties mandarins. They are particularly sweet and super easy to peel. Bear in mind, these are seasonal and may vary a bit in flavor and texture depending on the season. But, overall, they are reasonably consistent for fresh produce. I have gotten a bad mandarin in a bag on occasion, so I usually don't do curbside if I can avoid it. That way I can check to make sure they are all in good shape before buying. (An occasional bad fruit is pretty normal with any kind of fresh produce, so I don't consider that a problem.) My store usually carries Cuties but I've gotten Halos once or twice there. I like the Cuties way better because they are much sweeter and juicier.
