It's a hit or miss with these now! Some bags are good but most bags are NOT! I have shopped in store searching for the best batch.. because pickup is worst received a moldy batch a few times...I'm tired of getting a refund or not being able to purchase!!!! Either it's the Vendor or Stores?

I was on my way to visit Mom. Since I was passing Sam's, I asked her if she wanted anything. She requested Cuties. Since they didn't have Cuties, I bought these Halos. The Halos were a huge disappointment. They were dry and not sweet. For that price, and coming from Sam's, I expect better.

The lot I purchased recently seemed to have been frozen or through a watery grave. More than half the bag had to be thrown away and the rest don't taste that good and appear shrunken and wet on peeling. This is the 2nd bag in recent memory that was disappointing
