Very happy

I bought a bag of navel oranges which were sweet but the top and bottom of each orange inside was dry, unfortunately. This is often the case with a big bag of oranges, but is never the case with a small bag of clementines, which are always juicy and Wonderful, so I will learn to count on Clementine’s since they’re so consistently great.

Normally these are great, but this particular bag was not good. The fruit was really small and soft. Some of them had already started rotting. I had to throw away almost half of the bag. Very disappointed. I did curbside pickup had I been in the store myself. I never would have bought these.

This was a store pick-up. I check produce closely. I had a lot of bad spots on the fruit. I had 2 with mold the day I got them home. I live 15 minutes from the store and went straight home. Spoiled quick. I had to throw out over 1/2 the 2nd day and I keep my home at 68 F 365 days/year. I moved them to the crisper drawer and still lost most.

Happy with my purchase. These are a great snack and easy to peel. They were not dry at all as I have experienced with other brands. Would have given them 5 stars but some had quite a few seeds. Still worth purchasing. Just look at the orange after peeling so you don’t end up biting into a seed. 😁

So tired of these bad bags of produce. I keep saying I am not going to buy any more produce from Sam’s but I knew I would be using this bag for Team snacks the next day….what could go wrong. They were all dry. I stopped buying produce from Sam’s a year ago and this was my first purchase since then. I will continue to stay away. Items are either not fresh or are being frozen too much. I don’t know what it is but to be fair I have had to resort to Farmers Markets because it is trickling down to all grocery stores not just big box.

Check the bags closely... I had a few mandarins in the bag that had mold on them. Noticed it the day after I got them. Needless to say the whole bag had to be thrown out as the mold spores most likely had already spread. This should never had been out on the pallet.

Bought this bag and thought if they are not sweet I will need to return them. I opened the bag and grabbed one. Ok here is the test. Oh wow, it was so sweet, I was happy. But would this be the same experience throughout the bag. I grabbed about 4 of them and went to read my email. I started peeling them and eating them. Yup as sweet as the first one I tried. They were fresh, no rotten or damaged fruit in the bag. Happy with my purchase from Sam's.
