Did a Sam's Club pickup %26 unfortunately opened a bag of moldy rotten Mandarin oranges. 4 items out of my pickup were moldy, spoiled, or past the pull date. Please do better Sam's!

If you are purchasing produce, I highly recommend not purchasing through Click & Pull. Of the clementines that I got, I was only able to eat about half the bag, because they were so soft and mushy.

Nowhere in the description does it state the Lac-Resin coating is applied. The cuties brand usually doesnt use it. PEELZ does. The picture shows cuties. While it does say various brands may he available, the disclosure of the lac-resin should be listed. This stuff doesnt wash off hands easily. I will not let my kids peel these. I swiped my phone after peeling one of theae and the resin was on my screen. Inpossible to just wipe or wash off. Since its a pritective coating meant to stay on.

I'm pobably not going to buy these any more here. Every time we have , about 4-5 days later, at least one cutie is covered with green and the rest are soft. I know from being in the business that this is an environmental QC problem where the fruit is exposed to spores in the packaging environment. There is a rinse to kill the spores but has to be done early on, unfortunately once the spores infect the fruit the rinse is ineffective. I'll find a different brand. Others have mentioned the mushy fruit. Surprised this hasn't been dealt with, and now i'm addressing Sam's Club QC.

This is the FOURTH bag I’ve purchased over 3 separate occasions that are aged. The clementines look good when in the bag, but once home, it’s evident that they are aged. The skin is thin and hardening and difficult to peel off the fruit. Clementines have a distinct taste when they’re in the end stages before expiring. These have all had that taste. Very disappointing. I’m so tired of Sam’s produce being in ‘end stages’ and expiring within a day or two of purchase. Sam’s used to have the best produce, but there has been a marked decline in quality over the last couple years. I may need to look into a C*stco membership as I hear their produce is excellent. This Sam’s is at the Springfield Missouri Camino Alto location.
