Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 - LT265/70R18E 124S Tire

This is my second set of these tires.  I got great tread wear and closs to 60,000 miles on them.  The truck runs smooth  and are very quite.

I have only bought Michelin tires for 53 years because of the durability, handling and cost per mile.

I have had Michelin in the past.  I have always had great luck with them.   I expect the same with these.  They ride smooth and quiet.

3d Set of Michelins. Quietest ride of all tires tried.
However, tread wear was < 15000 miles on 4WD 1/2-ton Truck.

Tires are quiet on the road and provide excellent handling and traction.

Bought these before for another truck and really liked them -

Was excited to try out some Michelin tires on my Yukon. Went for an oil change and a tire rotation other day, mechanic told me he couldn't rotate them because they were completely wore out!!! And it would not pass MVI!!!  I went with the defenders because it had the best rating, unfortunately for the amount of money I paid I got half the life span out of them compared to the Bridgestone I had on it before, sometimes the reviews get it wrong, definitely did in my case, they were wore out after a year with next to no mileage and would not keep air.

Not worth the money

I was very happy with the tires and the service . The only issue that I have and it's a big issue is that Sam's no longer offers Road Hazard with tires purchased in New York. Tire retailers  and other discount outlets still offer this policy.
