Sam's needs to rework their tire dept

Tires are fine.. horrible service. We had an appointment, but they kept stopping their work, to tend to customers that drove up with bad batteries, leaking tires, whatever. I guess they already had my money, so they were trying to sell more batteries during my appointment time. It took about 3 hours to balance and mount my tires. Our appointment was the first one in the morning. This was the Sam's club on Holmes Ave in Huntsville, AL

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I ordered my tires more than two weeks ago and was told they would be in within two days. It took 12 days before I heard from anyone. Then when I got to the Sam’s Club in Plano, I talked to the person working at the desk and told him that my appointment was at 11 am but since I got there an hour early I’d leave the car there and to please call me when it was done. I never received a call. As a matter of fact when I tried to call the number I was ALWAYS sent to an off site branch who told me that they were busy and couldn’t answer the phone. The lady I talked to said I could push #0 when I got the “heavy call volume” statement so I did and got the Front desk at Sam’s. I was actually hung up three times. The last time the person who answered the phone was having trouble transferring the call and manager at the front desk told her to hang up, which she did. I called back another three to four times to try and get some help but that never happened. FINALLY, I had to walk in to the store just to get a question answered and learned that my car had been finished a couple of hours earlier. THANKS FOR TELLING ME! I was also told that they were having trouble with their phones and couldn’t call. I asked why no one called me from a cell phone and got no answer. Bottom line is, YOU HAVE FAILED YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!! There is NO excuse for this. For what you are charging for membership each year I would except more professionalism and much better customer service. If Sam Walton were alive today he’d throw a fit about this and correct it! All I got were excuses. I’m probably going to cancel my membership……..the constant inconveniences are just not worth what you charge. Your employees need to be trained better, have pride in what you do for a living!! If you don’t like it then quit and go somewhere else! And your managers shouldn’t be telling them to hang up on their customers! As I said before, YOU HAVE FAILED YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!!!!
