It's a good vegan and gluten free option with no artificial colors or preservatives. Mostly carbs and fat. But there are great benefits from eating 1 oz pecans, cashews and just nuts in general a day.

These are delicious. They are hard so if you have bad teeth you may not like them, but they are delicious. I can eat them while dieting and never gain weight eating them.

Love, love, love. I'm watching my weight and these absolutely satisfy my crunch munch desire. They will always be my go-to snack. I have many squirrels in my yard and I'm not sharing!
