My Satisfying go-to crunch Snack

True North, Almond Pecan Crunch

It's a good vegan and gluten free option with no artificial colors or preservatives. Mostly carbs and fat. But there are great benefits from eating 1 oz pecans, cashews and just nuts in general a day.
