My wife and I recently purchased a house with the Vigo Stainless Steel Pull-Out faucet installed. We loved the look, but after a little while, we seemed to be losing water pressure in the head. I wrote Vigo customer service and they immediately shipped me out a replacement head via priority mail. It's works perfectly now and we're extremely happy. It's rare to find such good customer service these days!

I bought this over a month ago to replace an old leaking faucet and couldn't be happier! I wanted something that would not only look good but also be reliable. This fits the bill - its modern, beautiful and works extremely well. I love the spray feature too. Water pressure is great. Looks just like the more expensive ones out there - plumber who installed it thought we paid a lot more for it. The stainless steel does not show finger or water marks - a plus. Delivery was very fast.

I bought this to go with my new gunmetal grey stainless steel sink and it is stunning. We love the two spray options and the fact we can pull the hose to clean those really big pots and pans as well as rinse the entire sink. We’ve only had it installed for a few weeks but are impressed with the initial quality and ease of installation. We highly recommend the faucet.

What a pleasant experience when I opened the package. Box, custom foam insulation, and fabric bag protected the faucet well and was very satisfying to open and check it out. Faucet is well made, no scratches, installed pretty much as written instructions stated.

Just installed this faucet last night, and so far so good! The faucet is very heavy duty and looks great in our new kitchen. All of the faucet is heavy duty brass except the sprayer head. We had a very hard time finding a faucet in this price range with a medal sprayer head so we decided to just deal with it potentially scratching or chipping with time. I think Vigo may have a replacement sprayer head you can buy separately if that were to happen. All in all, I am very pleased with the faucet.

I don’t have long with this faucet, but it’s a very pretty faucet and adds a nice touch to my kitchen. It sits too low for my sink, but I can take the hose off the holder and get the right height. Water pressure is better than the one I previously had, though the hot water takes longer in this one that my previous one. But, I can trade off the extra few seconds it takes for hot water on this one because of the looks lol

I just received it but have not had it installed yet. It was packaged very well. The warranty is a plus. I chose this faucet, in addition to the look after reading the reviews about customer service. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought it came with the deck plate but it doesn't. Going from three holes to one requires it, so that will delay installation.

We are remodeling our cabin and this faucet was exactly what I needed to finish off my new farm sink and concrete countertops. Love the sleek classy look. The packaging the faucet arrived in was as beautiful as the product itself. Easy install instructions. Works great! Would buy this again!

We had been searching for a new kitchen faucet for quite some time and didn't realize how expensive they were! My fiance came across your faucet and not only did we love the design, but the price point was incredible! I love the detailed packaging, the tutorial videos and the easy install instructions! It was perfect and we absolutely love the faucet! Definitely 5 stars would recommend to anyone!!

Love the matte black VIGO faucet! I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it - great statement piece for your kitchen! After reading other reviews I was hesitant but it was easy to install and I’ve had no problems with leaking or poor pressure (the problem is probably with the person installing it).
