It took me only a few minutes to install this faucet. The instructions were intuitive. In past installations, I've thought the weight for the sprayer was difficult to install because it had to be in the perfect position and was not quite weighted right for the sprayer. This one is pretty close to perfect. The sprayer is easy to use and has good reach in a fairly large sink. My only issue with this is the handle comes unscrewed fairly easy. I've handtighted it about as much as I can. I'm going to contact Vigo and see what they say.

We bought this in matt black colour and it just looks stunning. It works wonderfully, although we have one minor complaint: this tap doesn't seem to deliver super strong pressure and the spray can feel a bit weak when you're really trying to spray something down, but it hasn't really been a big deal and we're happy with the product nonetheless.

10/28/15 I purchased this faucet a week ago... From Home Depot Recently Installed it .. Very impressed with the quality...the materials used are of the highest standard...Much more pressure than my previous faucet....very smooth operation. The installation went well...excellent fit....no leaks.... Extremely satisfied with this product ... Exceeded my expectations... Would absolutely recommend to a friend. Bravo... This is the third of my houses in which I've installed a Vigo Edison faucet. They keep getting more expensive, but that's OK; they're still a really good value. The faucets are of very high quality, packaged beautifully, and have proven to be very reliable through the years of use I've put them through. I will continue to buy these faucets as the need arises, and highly recommend them.

I bought this to replace a kitchen faucet which was a standard 3 hole configuration with a sprayer. I was impressed with the workmanship of the product. I've not used a pullout spry faucet before, but I was impressed with the actual flow rate and ease in use. I ran into a problem with the washer used to insure a leak proof connection with the body of the unit and the sprayer. After some unusual diagnostic work I found the problem, fixed it, and all works well.

I bought this faucet thru Amazon a year ago. The pushbutton quit working. I had a replacement within a week of my initial contact. The replacement seems to be of a slightly different operating mechanism design. We really like the faucet and love the customer service.

What a pleasant experience when I opened the package. Box, custom foam insulation, and fabric bag protected the faucet well and was very satisfying to open and check it out. Faucet is well made, no scratches, installed pretty much as written instructions stated.

I bought this model and love it, received with a little problem, one part was loose, called the store where I bought, and they have call the company Vigo, and in a 2 minutes phone call, vigo send me not the part that was defect but a new one, and received it 2 days after. Never saw such a super service. Thanks Vigo and love it.

I purchased this faucet & deck plate and the soap dispenser to replace the existing Moen unit that was placed in My home when I built it about six years ago. The look is very contemporary and ultra modern ! It is beautiful ! The best part is that it works as well as it looks. All the parts were included as well as braided stainless steel supply lines ( the best You can buy) and the install was very straight forward as well as problem free ! I am really impressed with this faucet ! It has "the look" of a very high-end unit and I am very pleased with My purchase ! Some have suggested that I paid too much for a kitchen faucet..........................but You really DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!! In My mind, it was a bargain and I do not think I will ever have to replace it ( short of some type of unforeseen incident). I would highly suggest this faucet if You like the modern/contemporary look. Sweet !!! You will love it !

I spent hours looking at high end faucets and was not impressed by the parts to install (all cheap plastic). This faucet hit my feed and I then found the reviews. I rarely put reviews up due to feeling they are company driven. I am just a customer and so Impressed by this product. The graphite black is gorgeous, the construction solid and installation a breeze! It is great to know that we can still buy quality and good pricing for anything anymore!
