Great-looking faucet and easy to install. Even the packaging showed they care about how their product is received. I've had more fragile things packed with less protection than this faucet was. I really like the substance and heft, so I know it will last. Definitely recommend this brand.

Purchased before our new home was finished and installed in early February. Install was simple and I've gotten numerous compliments on it, starting with our plumber. As far as durability goes, I can't speak to that since we haven't had it in long but it is working like a dream so far!! Beautiful product, excellent value, and I have not been able to find better. If you want a beautiful kitchen piece as well as functional, this is by far the best bang for your buck!

We absolutely love our sink with this faucet. They both are Vigo. My only minor complaint and why I only gave it four stars in which other people have complained as well that we wish the button to change to/from spray was metal instead of plastic and better adhered. Our first day when we were testing it out the button literally fell off and we were freaking out trying to get it back in afraid that we would crack this delicate piece. We were able to get it back in but with today's metal to give us better peace of mind and connect with the rest of the faucet. Okay other than that, the spray is awesome, the weight then everything was easy to install and the length is great for our kitchen. Another feature that would have been great is to stop it from doing a complete 360 turn to avoid bumping that with water getting behind the sink but we deal with that. Note: pictures are from our in-progress kitchen with our sink in use. We haven't installed our backsplash yet and are still in the middle of our remodel.

We bought this faucet approximately a month ago. It’s like a piece of jewelry for your sink. Love the way it works and looks. It arrived quickly from the time I ordered it and packaged wonderfully. Easy to install. The only complaint I have is the water pressure when it in the spray function seems weak. Our previous faucet had a strong spray so I believe it is the faucet.

Bought and installed this a couple months ago and it is very attractive and works well. Only cons are, like with any dark finish, the water spots show on it easily. Also, the pull- down cord/hose does not pull down/out as much as I would like. But it still easily reaches my entire sink.

The instruction is a bit off - the plastic washer should butt against the faucet on top of the counter. The picture in the booklet tells you otherwise. The piece that helps secure the faucet in place below the countertop is too small which make the faucet unsteady hence leaks. The weight is keep falling off and I have to use a zip tie to keep it together.

This faucet is the best! It has less hosing under the sink so better for installation and making room for other stuff under the sink. Really great faucet, love using it, and would never pick a different kind. Trust me, get this one. Very smart looking also in the graphite black.

We bought our faucet for our new renovated kitchen. Our kitchen is a white/grey palate with matte black finishes and appliances. Our new matte black faucet is STUNNING. We receive so many compliments. Additionally it works wonderfully and installation wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend.

I'm in love! The design is sleek and sexy. The touch function works perfectly. I was disappointed with the built-in pressure restrictor on that sprayer head that reduces the water pressure. I prefer a really powerful water pressure, so I had to purchase a separate sprayer head. Just a personal preference. Otherwise, its perfect!

Just finished renovating our kitchen. This faucet goes VERY nicely with everything else. It is sturdily fabricated, looks great and functions well. My only note for improvement would be smaller holes for the spray function so that water pressure is ramped up a little more.
