We purchased this product just over a year ago... Recently the dual action became a single action... I wrote to the service department, they got back to me promptly... And, we have a new 'head' coming in the mail. We were outside the 1 year warranty, but... Only by 3 weeks, always happens, right. We've had this faucet for about two years now and really enjoy it. Recently the nozzle stopped working. It would no longer switch between spray and pour. However, I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement head, pronto. No charge. They were very easy to do business with.

I bought this sink 1 1/2 years ago for my kitchen remodel. I used this faucet along with a deep square sink, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! sadly the faucet part wasn't working properly, I contacted their customer service and was contacted immediately by phone and email. Without question they remedied the problem. I got a replacement piece today! less than a week after emailing. I am so satisfied and impressed with this company! I would recommend to anyone.

I don’t have long with this faucet, but it’s a very pretty faucet and adds a nice touch to my kitchen. It sits too low for my sink, but I can take the hose off the holder and get the right height. Water pressure is better than the one I previously had, though the hot water takes longer in this one that my previous one. But, I can trade off the extra few seconds it takes for hot water on this one because of the looks lol

I purchased this faucet three years ago. It still works beautifully and looks brand new after all this time. When it came time to renovate the kitchen in my second home, I chose the same Vigo faucet. It looks as good in a white kitchen as it does in a brown kitchen. I wish that the spray could be pulled out farther because my sink is cavernous, but no biggie. This is a great size that gives a commercial look without being so high that the water splashes out of the sink. Nothing beats this faucet for the price, durability, and appearance. I would buy it a third time if I had another house.

Purchased this faucet to replace a dated and worn out MOEN "yester-year" faucet and could not possibly be happier. This faucet was easy to install with great instructions and it looks amazing! Really added a much needed breath of fresh air into my tired kitchen. Kitchen now has a completely different feel - thank you SO much!!!

This faucet looks great, however, after only one month of use the button you push to change the water from spray to stream quit working and now it only sprays unless I hold the button down while using. I paid to have this faucet installed so pulling it out and paying to have a new one installed isn't cost effective for me. Would never buy again.

We have had this faucet for a few months now and it has been fantastic. It still looks great and functions as intended. Installation was relatively easy. I removed the water regulator to ensure we had adequate pressure as it is not required in my home. The faucet is easy to turn on and off and switch sprat modes on the nozzle. It has great flexibility and works great with our deep basin sink.

We have had this faucet for 8 years - it has worked flawlessly! Recently the button that toggles between a steady stream and a spray stream was not working properly. I took it apart and noticed one little part that looked like it needed to be replaced. I reached out to Vigo customer service, who promptly responded, and simply shipped me a brand new spray head. I received it in a few days, replaced it, and we are back in biz. I won't buy another brand of faucet (not that I'll ever need one!), not only because of the gorgeous design, but because Vigo stands behind their products 100% - such a rarity these days. So refreshing. Buy with complete confidence!

After having a similar style faucet I researched other faucets online and decided to go with this Vigo model. This faucet extends out away from the backsplash further than our previous one and now I am able to rinse dishes,etc. without splashing all over the back wall. The pull-down feature makes it easy to reach every corner of the sink making cleanup a breeze. I am very pleased with this faucet!
