We bought this faucet during our minor kitchen remodel and glad we did. Faucet works good and looks great. This also seems to be a well built unit and installs fairly easily. The one complaint on the install that you need be aware of is the hose for the water outlet can twist when tightening it. You'll need to hold the collar with a pair of pliers while tightening the fitting.

I purchased a condo and it had a VIGO pull-down faucet in the kitchen. The sprayer didn't function properly and I contacted VIGO to purchase a replacement sprayer. They sent me a new sprayer for free! It was quick and they were easy to deal with. I love Vigo!

I just bought and installed this faucet so I cannot speak to longevity. That aside this is a rock solid product - all pieces needed for install are shipped with the product. Heavy stainless steel with an expensive look and feel. This looks to be a terrific value. Highly recommended.

Has not been installed long. But the fit and finish is great. Only three stars because I haven had installed less than one day. If no hiccups are to come it’s easily a four or five star faucet. Color wise the matte gold is very muted and flat as it should be for a matte finish. Almost a dull brass. Clearly gold though.

This is the third of my houses in which I've installed a Vigo Edison faucet. They keep getting more expensive, but that's OK; they're still a really good value. The faucets are of very high quality, packaged beautifully, and have proven to be very reliable through the years of use I've put them through. I will continue to buy these faucets as the need arises, and highly recommend them.

This is a strong product at this price point, I would have liked to purchase a motion sensor model but for a property that will be a rental this product does the job. The matte black finish and the great design made for a relatively easy install and quick clean up.

We just had this faucet installed and it is like a piece of jewelry in my kitchen. I went with a gold finish and it is very beautiful. It seems to be well made and sturdy. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far I am loving it! It also is very functional as it easily converts to a sprayer and pulls off to use it wherever you need to spray in your sink.

I always install Vigo products for myself and my clients whenever possible! This faucet and soap dispenser packs a punch with high end design and a great aesthetic! The engineering of Vigo products are excellent and substantial ~ Couldn't be happier!

Great quality and craftsmanship, the faucet came very well packaged and it feels solid, we installed it about a month ago and so far we really LOVE it, no complains at all. Pros: - perfect size (similar industrial faucets are just too big, we needed something that could fit in our kitchen without hitting the cabinets above our sink. Yet, it does not feel small either, in our opinion just the perfect proportion for a regular-size kitchen sink. - love the spray function (very strong) and as many people mentioned, it's great that the faucet keeps the selected mode when turning on/off. - The soap dispenser is of the same high quality as the faucet itself, no cheap materials here neither... - Good price considering its quality and the other options out there, I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of faucet. Cons (mostly minor): - when installed in narrow cabinet (like ours), the weight attached to the cord (underneath the sink) can get a big stuck with the other lines, sometimes preventing the cord from self retracting easily... So far, just pushing a bit on the cord makes it go back in place, so nothing serious here (and probably also specific to our cabinet/narrow space available underneath). - The cord itself does not seem to pull out very far, perfect for our need since we only have a single sink, but some people with very large industrial sinks may need some more extension. So far, extremely please with our purchase! We hope it will last for a long time.

I purchased this product over a year ago when I was having my kitchen remodeled. My kitchen is small, but modern and required a functional and elegant faucet to complement the space. After comparing at least ten different faucets of different brands, I decided on this one, based on three reasons. First, it's size-appropriate for my space, not gargantuan-scaled like those meant for commercial kitchens. This one has the modern industrial aesthetic, but is "right-sized" for home use. Secondly, it offers all the functionality of the larger faucets, with the benefit of extending and removing the spray head from the cradle to reach the furthest corners of a farmhouse sink and avoiding overspray from a over-large, too-bouncy, commercial faucet. Thirdly, the price was extremely reasonable and competitive with the other faucets in its class and the quality is very good. About 9 months after the completion of my kitchen, the faucet head got stuck in one of the spray functions. The selector button just locked. After contacting customer service, and requesting to purchase a new one, they graciously sent me a new one, free of charge, to replace it. When I received it, only a minute was required to replace it. It's working as good, or better than new. Add great customer service to my review, too!
