This is a strong product at this price point, I would have liked to purchase a motion sensor model but for a property that will be a rental this product does the job. The matte black finish and the great design made for a relatively easy install and quick clean up.

Great looking tap. It takes some getting use to taking the spray from the back where the tap is. When we first did it the front nozzle flung around a d soaked the counter. It really takes some practice to ensure this doesn’t happen. If you have a guest using it they will for sure do this!

I bought the piece in 2018, since it's a beautiful product but only started using it one year after due to remodelling issues. So, in 2020, one year after usage, lever started detaching from handle seeming it didn't have any thread. I expected more quality. Since I live in Brazil, where it's installed, how can it be repaired?

This faucet took our farmhouse sink to a whole new level! I love the range of motion, the ability to have stream or spray and the single handle makes operating a breeze. My contractor (the hubs) was impressed with the ease of installation and I still can't stop talking to anyone who will listen about how impressed I was with the packaging! Quality from start to finish. When it comes time to upgrade the bathroom fixtures this will be my one and only stop for shopping!

My fiance came across your faucet and not only did we love the design, but the price point was incredible! I love the detailed packaging, the tutorial videos and the easy install instructions! This faucet, and the basin and accessories it came with, is both beautiful and functional (and priced right). After falling out of warranty, I had a small problem with the aerator, but a replacement part was sent out free as a courtesy nevertheless. Good thing because I really didn't want another faucet. I used instant messaging with customer service and was very pleased with the support I received.

We recently renovated our kitchen and I’ve been using this faucet for about one week and it’s just beautiful! My contractor also said that this faucet was very good when installing. I love the look and it pulls my whole kitchen together. I love the pullout feature and how I can extend the faucet. the soap dispenser is a must!

The faucet that came with the house we bought, the handle would smack the backsplash whenever you set it to hot water. I'm glad the hot setting is forward on this faucet. Also, it looks great and functions very well. The only the I wish was that the faucet reach was greater on the arm. I was hoping for at least a 12 inch reach so it's more centered on the sink itself versus being closer to the edge. So I ended up not using the arm and just letting it dangle freely. Otherwise, it is a fantastic product and I am very happy with the quality and price of it.

Bought this one year ago and now I see that the faucet spout is peeling. What this says to me that it is perhaps not really stainless steel? I wonder if there is a replacement part for this. Today Jan 11, 2020 I sent an email to customer service- will see if they respond.

I purchased the VIGO Edison Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet about a month ago. So far, I am super happy with it. The button for switching between spray and stream is super easy to use and I am able to spray my entire sink with the available hose. Great purchase and installation was fairly simple.
