I bought this couch in mid July 2021 and it has been extremely disappointing. The right hand side of the pullout section will not stay in the track and makes this part of the couch unusable. If I am able to get it in the track, it comes out the next time it is in use and has a large gap between the chaise and pullout section. The couch already looks worn and has large indentations that would be expected with a couch that’s several years old but not only a couple of months. There is pilling of the fabric and it just does not look nearly as nice as it should for the price.

It was good when we got it at first. Affordable with smaller sizing and it looked nice. But after a few months both the arms cracked and caved in where one would put their elbows right in the middle part of the arm. It looks in tact from the side but as soon as you rest your arm it scoops in. So it's not sturdy enough for you to use it as support when standing up or sitting down. Another thing is don't expect company to sleep well on the pull out portion. It soon caved in as well. So unless you don't mind being stuck in one position. I wouldn't recommend this couch as a daily use piece.

We purchased this sectional in April and "installed" it on June 1, 2021. The sectional fits well in our "tiny home" summer cabin, looks good and is actually pretty comfortable. Yes, the couch is a little firm, but it's still comfortable. The pullout works great for kids and short overnight trips for family and friends. The problem is that within a month, almost to the day, the middle of the sofa portion caved in onto the pullout. It looks like the frame is simply particle board with a few nails holding it in place. With all that said, I called Sams and they (Sams and Abbyson Living) promptly replaced the sofa section (just arrived a couple of days ago). We will see if the problem persists...

Please don't waste your money. I purchased this "cute" couch for my son's first apartment during Black Friday sale (was 799 but paid 499). Received 12/19/19 and as I write this today 1/18/20, the couch is broken. The "metal" frame that opens into the pullout bed has bent and broken after less than a month, also one of the pieces at the bottom broke the first day (my son screwed it in without telling me, because he liked the couch). I am looking to contact the right people to return this garbage and get me a sturdier piece of furniture.

This item was easy to assemble and took about 20 minutes with two people. Overall we love this sectional in our living room its beautiful and great quality. We use the pullout bed at night, it’s easy to use and features a storage compartment to store sheets and blankets during the day. Very impressed would definitely recommend!!

I am very happy with this sofa. It came quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. You need to adjust the locking system if you are changing where the chaise will be at. That took some time to realize, but after that it was very quick to assemble. It fits perfect in our small rental condo and the stiffness is great. Highly recommend.

This Sectional fits perfectly in our 700 sq ft Apartment, and looks amazing. Delivery was very smooth and I was able to set it up in less than 30 mins. Seats are very firm ( as desired). Chaise Storage is very adequate to hold some of the occasionally used items. Buying this on a savings event was a great deal. Thank you Sam's Club :)

Do NOT buy this! Repeat: Do NOT buy this! My wife and I ordered this, and when we assembled it there was a defect in the left bed slide drawer type assembly that caused it to come all the way out. After multiple hours, tools, duct tape, and headaches, it is kind of working. However, for spending over $500, it is not worth the pain and toil of having to fix manufacturing defects. Again, please do NOT buy!!
